What we collect, and how to have it removed.

What we collect
If you submit the audit form, we collect the name, email address and firm details you type in. That's it — the site sets no analytics cookies of its own and runs no trackers.
Where it goes
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider, servers in the United States) and read by us to reply to you. Bookings made through our booking link are handled by Google Calendar under Google's own privacy terms. Email to hello@reconcite.com is routed by Cloudflare. If you're a client using our dashboard, your login email and your firm's measurement results are stored with Supabase on servers in Sydney, Australia, and sign-in links are sent to the email address we registered for you.
What we do with it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and prepare the visibility audit you asked for. We don't sell your information, share it with anyone beyond the processors named above, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. Any commercial email we send identifies us and honours unsubscribe requests, as the Spam Act 2003 requires.
Public data in our reports
Our scorecards measure publicly available information: what public AI platforms say about named businesses, and public listings and reviews. Reports quote AI output verbatim as evidence of what a platform says, not as claims of fact by us.
Access and removal
Email hello@reconcite.com to ask what we hold about you or your firm, correct it, or have it deleted. We action deletion requests within 14 days.
